In addition to Valentino's Pink PP Fall/Winter 22/23 collection releasing nearly every item in the ultra violet hue, the highly awaited Barbie movie, directed by Greta Gerwig and starring Margot Robbie, has created an eponymous fashion trend (Barbiecore) around the color as well.

Being unable to escape the color might not be so much of a bad thing. The term dopamine dressing isn't just for fun. The color's cheery, playful nature creates a bright spot in our brains. The bright pink upends previous trends featuring minimalist Earth-toned and neutral color palettes.
