Join us for a soulful Women’s History Month celebration featuring an open mic night alongside a headwrapping and henna station.
In honor of Women’s History Month, 724 Press Collective X Fanm Djamn Head Wraps invites you to Wrapped in Words: Open Mic, Headwrapping & Henna—a night dedicated to self-expression and community.
The open mic welcomes poetry, spoken word, rap, singing, storytelling, and more. Whether you step up to the mic or come to listen, this is a supportive space to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
Throughout the evening, enjoy:
- Headwrapping Station – explore wrapping as culture, creativity, and self-adornment
- Henna Station – mark the moment with designs rooted in beauty and intention
This is a night to treat yourself and your mind, connect with others, and wrap yourself in words, rhythm, and ritual.

We are excited to share this boutique wellness lounge event hosted at Fanm Djanm in Austin. Designed as a restorative, culturally rooted experience, Common Ground offers founders, creatives, and industry leaders space to reset, connect, and engage with a curated selection of aligned brands.
This is an open-house style afternoon created for women in the neighborhood to drop in, take a breath, and enjoy good energy, beautiful moments, and easy conversation. No panels. No pressure. Just a warm space to reset, browse, sip, and connect.
