RETURN POLICY
Customers are responsible for the cost of their return. You can choose to either ship the product yourself using your preferred carrier or pay for a prepaid label via our returns portal.
If you decide to use a carrier of your choice, we ask that you send us an email with tracking information so we can ensure the arrival of your return. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within five business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift boxes, or gift cards.
For international orders, Fanm Djanm does not provide refunds or exchanges in order to help our carbon footprint as a small business.
