We did not anticipate the demand. Neither did we foresee how complicated making this product would be. The prices in materials and cost of labor have increased significantly since we brought the product to market. We make every effort to create our products sustainably and locally and have been listening to your suggestions.

We have already made changes such as choosing a higher quality velvet, and improved our overall construction of the caps to make them more durable. We’re thankful for your support and feedback.
