All roads lead to adventure for the Coy Collection, shares Sequoyah Johnson, the artist behind the luminescent and affirmation-laden label.
Our latest studio collaboration with the ceramicist allowed guests to tap into their inner child and add a painted finishing touch to one of Johnson's hand-spun creations.

Being open to the adventures of her creative process has Sequoyah transitioning out of her current Austin-based studio and traveling to Los Angeles and Barcelona over the next three months. "...traveling and taking a break allows me time to reset! As a creative, this time is just as important as the creating itself", shares Johnson.

Johnson is clear about her success, "[I've] loved being able to break barriers and carve my lane as a ceramicist," and understands where true happiness originates, continuing, "I love the process and continue to experiment with different techniques and processes that keep my practice exciting".While the specifics of the future are unknown, Coy is clear on the vibe, "I can tell you it will be incredible, exploratory, and full of color."
